We are sourcing UK and European city property that rarely appears on the wider market. Sometimes this is offered by another investors who wishes to sell his units quickly. Other times the opportunity will come from a small residential property fund or developer. In addition, some owners have entered into receivership and the administrator may be looking for a quick sale.
How we work for you
There are two ways we can work with you
- Retain i-PropertyAssets
Your property sourcing service starts with agreeing a brief detailing your requirements in location, type and number of properties, budget and timescale. Using our market knowledge and proprietary Intrinsic Value analysis, we'll mould your brief with you to ensure we source the right properties for you. At this stage, we will ask for a non-refundable 1/3rd of the total fee as a retainer. You will have first refusal on any property that we place in front of you. - Ad-hoc
Alternatively, you can contact us with your specific requirements and if and when we encounter property that fits your requirements we will offer this you as well as offering to any other investor who we believe would be interested. If and when you decide to purchase, then a fee would be payable on reservation. This fee is refundable if the seller does not conclude the sale.
